The practice

Who's behind it

De Laet Consulting is led by Maarten De Laet. You work directly with the person doing the thinking.

Originally from the Netherlands and based in Lucerne, he pairs a background in hospitality and the delivery of major international events with the discipline of a Swiss practice. He advises owners and organisations on strategy and management, and is the founder of Valdor, a private travel atelier. He speaks six languages.

The practice is senior and deliberately small. The work is quiet by default: structure, clarity and judgement over noise, and where it helps, the hands to see a decision through.
